For treatment of any combination of depression, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, or eating disorder, PLUS alcoholism or substance abuse, our Dual diagnosis concierge program provides your optimum chance of success. We start with a thorough medical and psychological evaluation and begin medications to reduce your drinking or drug use.
You will communicate frequently and easily with our physician through our HIPAA-compliant texting app to titrate your medications. In addition, you will meet virtually with our therapist twice prior to starting more advanced treatments.
When appropriate, we will start ketamine infusion therapy (KIT) or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) as well as NAD+ infusion therapy, and tailor the frequency to meet your needs. Some patients may also start transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) if appropriate for them.
You will work closely with our physician and therapist to help you achieve your goals. The exact number of each treatment type will differ depending on your needs. See our testimonial page for other patient experiences with this treatment.
At the conclusion of the program, if additional treatment is needed, cost is as follows: maintenance ketamine NAD+ infusions: $550; KAP $750
